We have lots of fun going on this night! The kids will be here Trick or Treating from 6:00 – 8:00. We will be serving our evening meal early, then get the dining room ready for everyone to hand out treats to all the kids. This is one of the highlights for our residents. You may start bringing in candy for your family member anytime now. We keep it in a safe place until that night when they’re ready to hand it out. We’ve been having over 100 kids, hopefully the weather cooperates. If you have any questions, please talk to Michele or Marilyn in Activities. Thank you! A letter from the Administrator: Happy Fall!! Here is an interesting fact about the month of October- *According to folklore, if the deer have a gray coat in this month you should expect a hard winter. It is hard to believe that we are already talking about winter…We are all hoping that we do not have a harsh one ahead of us! Now would be a good time for family members to go through their loved ones closets and bring them some fall/winter clothing. Time for those sweaters to come out. It is also a good time to remind visitors that if you are not feeling well, please refrain from entering the building! We would hate for your loved one to get sick! Have a wonderful October!!
