Before Judge Chad A. Kepros in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Jon Robert Harris, 53, rural Chelsea, admitted violation of terms of probation in three cases. He was found in contempt of court and sentenced to q8 days in jail with the terms to be served concurrently. He was credited for 18 days already served. Probation in each case was extended for two years. Harris was cited in a probation violation report for being in possession of contraband, a urinalysis device, while a resident at the Larry A. Nelson Center in Cedar Rapids. He was also cited for allegedly continuing to use methamphetamine while at the center, and not coming to scheduled appointments. He was on probation and had suspended sentence on two charges of 2nd degree theft, and charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense and prohibited acts- manufacture, delivery conspiracy or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. HeatherLorraine Thompson, 40, Montour, entered a written guilty plea to possession of marijuana, She was granted a deferred judgment, placed on self-supervised probation and directed to pay a $300 supervisory fee. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty and court costs totaling $647. Thompson was charged on Nov. 3, 2017, by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Kenneth R. Brady. Arnulfo Garcia-Rocha, 44, Toledo, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced ot 180 days in jail with all but two days suspended and credited for any time already served. Rocha was fined and assessed court costs totaling $1,798 and placed on self-supervised probation and directed to pay a $300 supervisory fee to the Department of Correctional Services. He was also ordered to complete a drinking drivers course. Garcia-Rocha was originally charged on Sept. 23, 2017, on West 13th Street by Tama Police Officer Jarade Purk.

Before Judge Lars Anderson: Keith Allen Annis, 67, Oelwein, Iowa, , entered a written guilty plea ot posses ion of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, credit for any time served with the balance of the sentence suspended and fined and assessed court costs totaling $730. He was placed on self-supervised probation and directed to pay the enrollment fee to the 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services. Annis was charged on Dec. 8, 2017, by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Shawncey Day.
