Garwin Public Library-Hello From the Garwin Library

October 11, 2013
Northern-Sun Print
Things are going as planned and for the first time the library has HOT water. That will sure help with the cleaning. We have buckets of you have the elbow grease. I have been collecting Kellogg’s family rewards code from the inside of the boxes marked with the family rewards symbol on the front of the box. With the help of a friend I have already received five free books for the library. If you don’t save them I sure would appreciate it if you would donate them to the library. My 9-year-old grandson loves the Chris Rylander book series “The Fourth Stall” and told me I should get them for our library. I have the first two now. They are funny, mysterious, and you can guess where the little boy’s office is at. They are for 8-12 year-olds. We say good-bye to another great author with the passing of Tom Clancy, he will be missed by many. Library Director Lola Slingluff
