Before Judge Sean W. McPartland in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Jeffrey Scott Eurom, 46, Marshalltown, admitted violating terms of probation and was found in contempt. He was sentenced to time already served and ordered to reside in a community correctional center for 365 days or until maximum benefits are received and he successfully completes the program. Court records allege Eurom violated probation by drug usage and driving while his license was suspended. Under a plea agreement, he originally pled guilty to possession of marijuana, 3rd or subsequent offense and received a suspended two-year prison sentence and was placed on probation for two years. He had faced a charge of possession of methamphetamine, 3rd or subsequent offense. Wilson Lee Roberts, 57, rural Tama, pled guilty to assault on a peace officer. He was fined $315. Roberts was charged on June 7 for allegedly punching Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Jason Dunagan in the stomach. Dunagan was assisting a Toledo ambulance crew on a medical call in the 200 block of Northwood Drive when the assault occurred. Travis Michael Hatch, 29, Haverhill, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving in a plea agreement. He was fined $1,450, sentenced to two days in jail and directed to complete a drinking drivers program. Hatch was originally charge with 2nd offense drunken driving on Feb. 9 at 335th Street and L Avenue by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt. Alexis Dunsmoor, 18, Tama pled guilty to charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use or being under the influence of nitrous oxide. She received a deferred judgment, was directed to pay a $315 civil penalty and was placed on self-supervised probation. Dunsmoor was charged in a County Attorney’s information filed on July 3 concerning an incident occurring on June 12. Bradley Michael Wanatee, 23, rural Tama, pled guilty to a charge of failure to appear for a pre-trial conference. He was fined $315. In a plea agreement the original charge in the case, possession of a controlled substance, was dismissed.
