Special Gladbrook Council Meeting Monday evening the Gladbrook City Council met in special session and accepted the architectural proposal for the proposed fire station and ambulance building project from Ament Inc. The Council approved Phase 1 from Ament Inc. for concept refinement, cost estimating and building rendering to be used for fund raising activities and grant applications for a fee of $750. A liquor license was approved for Uptown Lounge contingent that a federal ID number is provided and the dram shop needs to be certified. City Clerk Lori Bearden shared with the Council some quotes she had received on two copiers. Claims for $4,426.15 were approved.
