Several focus groups will be used - administrators, staff, patrons and board members - to help develop the profile, which will list qualities and strengths. Slessor said that he and Gaylord Tyron will start advertising for the position immediately and plans are to select four semi-finalists with the board on Wednesday, May 22nd and will interview the four candidates on Thursday, May 23rd. The board discussed individuals they would like to have serve on the focus groups and they will be contacted. On Wednesday, May 29th the board/focus groups will interview two finalists.
