Gladbrook Auxiliary and G-L Ambulance Service present Saftey Packets at Gladbrook Elementary

The Gladbrook American Legion Auxiliary and Gladbrook-Lincoln Ambulance Service joined forces to present to the K-2nd grade students at G-R safety packets for the 5th year in a row. Each packet contained an activity booklet entitled “What To Do In Case Of An Emergency”.  The kids in an entertaining way learn how to call for help, protect themselves from strangers, bike safety, etc. Also included in the packet were safety stickers, colors, and Lifesavers candy. Jeanne Paustian, Auxiliary National Security Chairman and ambulance crew member presented the packets    She is pictured with some of the 1st & 2nd graders.
