New Fire Station Fundraiser Held

On March 15th and 16th a fundraiser was held at Gladbrook Bowl for the new Gladbrook Fire Station. Organized by Gladbrook Fireman Justin Miller, 22 teams bowled to help raise money for the new station. Made up of local residents, firemen from Gladbrook, Garwin, and Garwin EMS, $1,751.00, was raised from team entries and donations. Shown presenting the check to the local firemen is Ron Dudley, owner-operator of the Gladbrook Bowl. Receiving the check were (l-) Ron Dudley, Fire Chief Matt Koester, firemen-Matt Cheville, Doug Bruene, Justin Miller , holding check, Dan DeWitt, and Mark Lowry. The firemen would like to thank Ron for letting them hold their fundraiser at the Gladbrook Bowl.
