Garwin Revitalization presents check to Hollawitz family

The Garwin Revitalization Committee sponsored a benefit for Donn and Tia Hollawitz of Garwin. The couple lost their home and contents in a fire caused by a lightening strike. A check was presented to the family by the Revitalization Committee. In the absence of President Carl Zoffka, Secretary Carol Parks presented Tia with the proceeds of the benefit. In an emotional response Tia said, “I thank you  so much. what a blessing!”  On behalf of the benefit committee Merle Parks said, “We extend our thanks to the community for their support of this event.
