Picture day at GMG High School! By Eric Lada The pictures for GMG will be September 27. Wear nice clothes and make sure your hair is looking good because it goes in the year book. If you don’t look good then people will look back at that year and laugh at you. You should come to school looking your best. Make sure you pick up your picture forms in the office. Come ready to get your moment captured.

No School By: Grant Day GMG Secondary School will have no school Monday, September 17th. The reason for this, is a teacher in-service day. This is also the first day of GMG’s Homecoming. So, the students will be minus one day of fun. Homecoming days include Hick Day, Opposite Sex Day, Suer Hero Day, and of course, School Spirit Day. They’ll be having fun anyway, because they are not in school. It is the best start of Homecoming GMG has ever had.

GMG Volleyball Tournament by Gage Fraser On September 8 in Garwin, GMG had their home volleyball tournament. There were 5 teams: GMG, Waterloo Christian, HLV, BGM, and Cedar Valley. GMG’s first game was against HLV and lost 2-0. The Wolverines next opponent was BGM and lost. Next they had to face off with a conference team, Waterloo Christian. The Wolverines lost that and their next game was with Cedar Valley. GMG did a good job against them but lost 2-1. The champion for the GMG Tournament was the BGM Bears. GMG will be back in action September 11, at CAL in Latimer. Go get em girls!
