Garwin City Council By: Lori Leytham

The Garwin City Council met for its regular monthly meeting and approved for the ambulance department to proceed to reach agreements with Toledo Ambulance and Marshalltown Ambulance to cover day shifts.  There is not enough members to handle day calls.  Richard Clough was approved to take the vacant seat on the council.  Matt DeSchamp of MD Construction was present to ask the council if they could help putting some rumors to rest that were stating that he had overcharged the city during storm cleanup.  MD Constructions invoices for the storm were $1850 and $700 as were previously published in the City’s legal.
