ISU Students Named To Fall Semester Dean’s List AMES, Iowa - More than 5,908 Iowa State University undergraduates have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the 2011 fall semester Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work. MCC Fall Term 2011 Dean’s List MARSHALLTOWN - One hundred ninety-one students were named to the Fall 2011 (August to December) Dean’s List at Marshalltown Community College. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must have taken 12 or more credit hours during the semester (a full-time class load) and have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average while attending MCC classes in Marshalltown, at Iowa Valley Community College Grinnell, or online. Part-time students are not included in this list. Mercy College Of Health Sciences Fall Honors List Strohbehn Named to Mercy College of Health Sciences President’s List (Des Moines) - Kelli Strohbehn of Gladbrook, Iowa, has been named to the President’s List for the fall 2011 semester in the Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonographt program at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. To qualify for this academic recognition, students must attain a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in their most recent semester, for a minimum of six credit hours. Wartburg names 529 students to Fall 2011 Dean’s List WAVERLY, Iowa — Wartburg College has announced that 529 students made the Dean’s List for the Fall Term The students represent 16 different U.S. states and nine other countries. A 3.5 grade point average or better (on a 4.0 scale) is required in at least four course credits for the term. Three of the four course credits must be graded with a traditional letter grade. Students with incompletes are not eligible for the Dean’s List. Wartburg is a four-year, selective liberal arts college of the Lutheran Church (ELCA), internationally recognized for community engagement. The college enrolls 1,805 students from 29 U.S. states and 49 countries.
