Santa’s Little Helpers

The Gladbrook American Legion Auxiliary made 400 popcorn ball for the community Santa Sacks on Mon., Nov. 28th. The popcorn balls in the Santa Sacks has been a tradition in Gladbrook for around 70 years. It was first started with the Gladbrook AMVET Auxiliary and has been continued with the Legion Auxiliary. Helping make the delicious popcorn balls were : (l-r) front row- Rev. Barb Muhs, Joyce Bern, and Evelyn Storjohann. Back Row: Jolene Denbow, Linda Randolph, Sue Koster, and Jeanne Paustian.
