The score at the half time break saw the visiting Rebels with a 24-12 lead. Starting in the third quarter, the host Tigers came out of their cage ready to play. Excitement was still in the gym following a very good eighth grade game won by the Rebels. At the end of the third period the Rebels held a 34-20 lead. The fourth quarter was a very exciting one as the Tigers kept inching forward in the scoring column and the Rebels not able to find it.
